Laura Molen is the Founder and President of Monarch Advisory Collective, a strategic advisory firm focused on helping global brands and media companies navigate the convergence of premium content, commerce, retail media, and AI-driven advertising. Monarch Advisory partners with C-Suite Executives and boards to design next-generation growth strategies, modernize media investment models, and unlock new revenue through performance-driven video, data collaboration, and shoppable storytelling.

Laura brings more than two decades of leadership at the forefront of media, technology, and advertising innovation. Most recently, she served as President of Advertising Sales & Partnerships at NBCUniversal, where she helped architect the company’s transformation into a multi-platform, data-driven media ecosystem. In that role, she was a key architect of NBCUniversal’s One Platform strategy and played a central leadership role in the launch and monetization of Peacock. She oversaw national advertising, strategic partnerships, advanced advertising, and cross-portfolio go-to-market strategy across broadcast, cable, streaming, and digital platforms, working with the world’s largest brands and agencies to redefine how premiumcontent drives business outcomes.

Through Monarch Advisory Collective, Laura is currently advising a Fortune 500 company on its long-term video and retail media strategy, helping shape an integrated investment roadmap across CTV, YouTube, premium streaming partners, and emerging commerce-enabled formats. Her work focuses on aligning brand storytelling with performance outcomes, designing scalable test-and-learn frameworks, optimizing partner portfolios, and building a future-proof media architecture that connects premium video to measurable growth in high-consideration retail categories. Her advisory approach blends strategic vision with operational rigor—bridging brand, performance, data, and technology to drive incremental revenue and competitive advantage.

Laura is also an experienced board leader and governance advisor. She has served on the Board of Directors of Audacy and currently serves on the boards of Eckacitta Productions, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing underrepresented filmmakers, and Mynt Agency, a Performance Marketing Firm. Across her board and advisory roles, she is known for her ability to challenge legacy assumptions, strengthen governance frameworks, and guide organizations through periods of structural and strategic transformation.

Throughout her career, Laura has been recognized as a transformative leader in the media industry, known for anticipating shifts in consumer behavior, technology, and monetization models before they become mainstream.
